Terms of use

By using Deoretek you agree to these terms. Please read them with our privacy policy.

What Deoretek does

Deoretek sells groceries and daily needs for delivery in its listed areas, and lets you book services from independent local businesses such as salons. For bookings, the service is provided by that business, which sets its own services, prices, timings and cancellation window shown on its page.

Orders and delivery

Prices, delivery charges and fees are shown before you place an order. An item may be replaced or refunded if it turns out to be unavailable. Please check your order at delivery.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once the business accepts it. Give a correct name and mobile number, arrive on time and keep your visit code. You can cancel free of charge up to the time shown on the business page.

Payment

You can pay by UPI or cash as offered. For salon bookings you usually pay the business at your visit.

Fair use

Do not make fake orders or bookings, post false reviews, or misuse the site. We may block accounts or mobile numbers that do.

Reviews

Reviews must be about a real visit. We may hide reviews that are abusive, fake or off-topic.

Liability

We try to keep information accurate and the site available, but cannot promise it will always be error-free. Services booked through Deoretek are the responsibility of the business providing them; contact us if something goes wrong and we will help.
