Where we deliver

We deliver only in the areas listed on the shop page. Today that is Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. Check your pincode on the shop page; if your area is not listed, send us a request and we will tell you when it opens.

Delivery times

You choose a slot when you order: morning (8 am – 12 pm), afternoon (12 – 4 pm) or evening (4 – 8 pm). Orders are delivered on the same or next working day, depending on when you order and whether the shop is open. If we cannot make your slot, we call or WhatsApp you before it starts.

Charges

The delivery charge, the minimum order value and the amount above which delivery is free are set for each area and shown on the shop page and at checkout before you place the order. Any other fee is also shown before you confirm. Nothing is added later.

Orders by voice note or WhatsApp

If you send your list as a voice note or on WhatsApp, we call you to confirm the items, prices and total before we deliver. Nothing is sent until you agree.

At delivery

Please check your items at the door. If an item is missing, damaged or wrong, tell the delivery person or message us within 24 hours with a photo; see the cancellation and refund policy. If an item is out of stock, we replace it only if you agree, or remove it from your bill.

Services

Salon and other service bookings are carried out by the business you book, at its shop or at your home as shown on its page. Home-visit fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
