Where does Deoretek deliver?

Can I order without typing or making an account?
Yes. Choose your area and press "Order by voice note", say what you need and leave your name, address and mobile number. You can also send your list on WhatsApp. We call you to confirm items and price before delivery.
How much is delivery?
Each area has its own delivery charge, minimum order and free-delivery amount, shown on the shop page and at checkout before you order.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or UPI. For salon bookings you usually pay the business at your visit.
How do I track or cancel an order?
Open My orders. You can see the status and cancel until the order is out for delivery.
How do refunds work?
UPI payments for cancelled or missing items go back to the same UPI ID within 7 working days. Damaged or wrong items: tell us within 24 hours with a photo.
How do I book a salon?
Open Services, choose the salon, pick a service and a free time, and confirm. No account is needed; the salon confirms your booking.
I run a shop or a service. How do I join?
Go to the Bring your business online page. Salons get a booking page; repair, home-service and other skilled people get a free listing; shops can message us on WhatsApp.
